Group Name:
TOEFL - Group for Test of English as Foreign Language
Topic:
Stop Being Nervous on Exam
Comment:
You need to take deep breathes before starting the exam. Tackle one question at a time and do not look ahead of the exam. Go through one problem at a time, that will help you reduce anxiety. The more you think about whether if you are going to finish the exam or whether if you are going to score high enough on the exam, it will make you more nervous.
