I totally understand we have to be more careful as far as who we let into our country, but letting more people come study abroad will help our country's economy and increase spending. We are going to have illegal immigrants regardless of issuing more or less F1 visa, so that's not the solution to this problem. And we are going to have terrorist in the country regardless of issuing more or less visa.
