When you are taking the exam, you should look over the test first and just focus on the test and the test only. Don't worry about not finishing or how well or how poor your scores might be. That will help reduce some testing anxiety.

I think lots of practice will help reduce anxiety. As you are more prepared for the exam, the less you have to worry about performance. And i totally agree as far as taking one question or or one section at a time.
