When do you start signing up for SAT II exams?

You can start preparing for the exam 3 months prior and the SAT board release test dates way in advance, so if you are planning on taking the exam, you may registered as soon as you wish.

Whenever it is, i wouldn't wait til the last minute. Test center has limited space and once it's filled up, then you will not be able to take the exam and you do not want to be stand-by on the day of the exam.
