• The Academic Advising Center is committed to helping students at Dalton State College meet their educational objectives, including requirements for graduation. Each student will receive the best possible advising for their stated academic and career goals, within their personal and academic abilities, so that he/she may graduate in a timely manner and with the greatest academic benefit.

  The Academic Advising Center is also committed to assisting faculty members as they advise students in their divisions/departments. The center staff will provide information about institutional requirements, policies, procedures, resources, and programs in order to foster meaningful advisor-advisee relationships that focus on the unique growth and development of each student.
