  The Workplace Learning Resource Center provides individuals and corporations with the tools they need to work smarter and meet organizational objectives through workplace assessments, basic skills instruction, ESL, training and development, and organizational consulting. The purpose of the Workplace Learning Resource Center is to advance economic growth and global competitiveness in the Southern San Joaquin Valley by defining, developing and delivering workforce training and service solutions.
